The Transaction Deadline Tracker

Keeps every party on a real-estate deal moving without you rewriting the same follow-up email ten times — automatic, polite, paper-trailed.

Saves 4 hours/week Submitted by Jack Wilson, Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

What it does

This agent monitors every active real estate transaction in your pipeline against the contract deadlines, then generates polite-but-firm follow-up emails to whichever party (buyer's agent, lender, inspector, attorney) is closest to slipping a deadline. Each email is unique, paper-trailed, and logged. Solves the "I sent the same nudge eight times this month" problem that defines transaction coordination.

The Manus prompt

Copy this prompt and paste it into Manus AI to run the agent.

Daily at 8am, review every active transaction in my deal-tracking spreadsheet. For each transaction, identify the next 3 upcoming contract deadlines and which party is responsible (buyer agent, listing agent, lender, inspector, attorney, title company). For any deadline within 5 business days where the responsible party hasn't yet delivered, draft a polite-but-firm follow-up email referencing the specific contract clause and deadline. Save to drafts in my email — never auto-send. Log each draft to a "follow-up log" sheet with timestamp, recipient, and deadline referenced. Skip parties already followed up with in the past 48 hours.
