The Positioning Translator
Separates what customers literally said from what we should say in the market — the bridge between qualitative research and shippable messaging.
What it does
This agent takes raw customer interview notes, support ticket text, and competitor messaging, and produces a positioning brief that draws a clean line between what customers said (verbatim) and what your messaging team should write (synthesized). Three columns: customer language, competitor language, and your differentiated message. Solves the recurring failure mode where positioning sounds like a transcript instead of a deliberate stance.
The Manus prompt
Copy this prompt and paste it into Manus AI to run the agent.
When I drop a folder of customer research (interview notes, support tickets, sales call transcripts) and a competitive scan into a Notion page tagged "positioning input," produce a three-column brief: (1) customer language — verbatim quotes about the problem, ranked by frequency; (2) competitor language — how the top three competitors describe the problem and their solution; (3) your message — a synthesized positioning statement that uses customer language, differentiates from competitors, and is shipped-ready. Save back to the same Notion page as a comment for my review.
